Day 21: Time

Time

Reclaiming Your Time (Reflect & Relax)

One of the top reasons why we wanted to take this journey was to reclaim our time.

We wanted to get more free time.

We wanted more time to focus on what’s important.

We wanted to have more time for other people.

We wanted more time for ourselves.

We wanted to have more time to build new relationships.

We wanted to have more time for gratitude.

We wanted to stop wasting our time.

We wanted more time to be healthy.

We wanted to consume less so we could have more time to create.

We wanted more time to write and read and exercise and eat slowly and be thankful.

We wanted our lives back, and to do so we had to get our time back.

With our minimalist lifestyle, we are able to have more time for all of these things. That’s because we’ve removed the excess stuff from our lives so we can focus on what’s important.

Time is the only thing we all share in common. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Use them wisely, they are yours to use.

Today’s action is the easiest of all: take today and spend it in solitude. Use your time for yourself. Create, don’t consume. Be mindful. Get to know yourself.

Reflect on your journey, it wasn’t easy getting here. But also take today and relax. You deserve it.
