Thanks. Giving.

Hello Mr. Turkey, Photo by Joshua Fields Millburn

Thanksgiving is a great reminder to be grateful for the gifts around you. Not the physical gifts, but the infinite beauty tucked into every corner of your life.

But you needn’t wait until the fourth Thursday in November (USA) or the second Monday in October (Canada) to be thankful or giving.

What if instead, you took 90 seconds each morning and wrote down three things for which you are thankful? What would your list look like? How would it shape your day?

And what if each day you focused on contributing beyond yourself in one small way—a hug, a meal, or just 15 minutes of your time? How would this daily giving shape your life?
